Shri. C. V. Sathyanarayana Murthy is in charge of the steel division at ARS Steel and Alloy International Pvt. Ltd. He has over three decades of experience in the steel industry. He has been an integral part of ARS Group since 2004.

Mr. Prabu has more than two decades of experience in the steel industry. He has been part of ARS since 1997. As the head of ARS’s finance department, he leads operations across several key domains such as Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Taxation, Treasury management.

Mr. T.S. Ragu holds twenty years of experience in the Building Materials Industry. He played a key role as the Institutional Head in molding the perception of the ARS brand in the market. He has extensive knowledge in SAP R3Core, Backward integration, P&L Management, Key Account Management .

Mr. Meera Reddy has more than three decades of impeccable experience in Supply Chain Management. He joined the ARS Group in 2004 and has been a key member ever since. His expertise includes Purchase, Liaisoning, Supply Chain Management, Contract Management, as well as Import and Export operations.

Mr. E. Sekar Elumalai is a seasoned professional with three decades of experience in the Energy sector. Since 2010, Mr. Sekar has been a valuable resource to ARS Group. His roles have encompassed Project Management as well as the responsibilities of an Operations & Maintenance Manager within Thermal Power Plants.

An MBA in Finance with 25 years of rich experience within the domain of Accounts Treasury, this includes 2+ years in Vietnam with KCP and a further 3+ years collaborating with German Nationals in an International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO). At ARS she began her career in 2014 and throughout the tenure, she progressively shouldered significant roles within ARS Energy Finance & Accounts, coupled with substantial supplementary responsibilities within ARS Steel as well.

Mr. Pattabi Seetharaman has more than two decades of experience in the automobile industry. He has a diverse set of skills which he showcased in his last three years in the Steel sector. His skill sets includes sustainable business growth, strategic blueprinting, business expansion, efficient sales operations, augmenting revenue and profitability, adept CRM and Channel Management coupled with adept management of dealers and teams

Ms. N. Subashini has twenty-five years of experience in diverse sectors such as Automobile, Agrochemical and Engineering sectors. She augmented her skills through specialized HR Training in South Korea. She undertakes the responsibility of supervising HR and administrative matters across ARS Steels, Power, and Corporate divisions.

Mr. R. Govindarajan has close to more than twenty-five years of diverse experience in the areas such as Construction Management, Techno Marketing, Quality Auditing Restoration, and Rehabilitation. Currently he is the Technical Sales Head playing the vital role  in Demand Generation wherein the whole Department collaborates with the Sales and Branding team to align efforts and achieve business Objectives.

Mr. Babulal is the Head of Information Technology and has more than twenty-five years of experience in Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Cyber security and Entire SDLC. He has been associated with ARS Group since 2014 and taking care of both ARS Energy & ARS Steels IT Strategy and aligning technology initiatives with our business goals.
